The Riza Experience is based in Corvallis, Oregon in partnership with a micro-church network called The Hive Communities. Riza will expose students to a collage of learning experiences meant to challenge their thinking through practical and spiritual instruction, and stretch their physical capacities through service projects, adventure trips and team building exercises. Our aim is for students to know God, understand themselves, rely on a faith community, and lovingly serve the people and places they inhabit. Like the name (riza means root), the hope of The Riza Experience is to release young adults to “take root downward and bear fruit upward” (Isaiah 37:31) for the glory of Jesus and for the rest of their lives.

The 3 Riza Phases

Riza immerses students in discipleship as a lifestyle, not just as head knowledge.

Phase 1 : Aug 30th - Nov 17th
Phase 2: Nov 18th - Dec 31st
Phase 3: Jan 1st - Mar 6th

Due to potential COVID related travel restrictions/uncertainty, we will determine the details of Phase 3 and graduation dates during Phase 1.
